1) Weighted Blanket

2) Rock Yourself to Sleep
Adults could use a little rocking too! Rocking yourself in a rocking or office chair before bedtime helps relax the body and ease the mind.
3) Honey & Salt
Take a tablespoon of equal parts of raw honey and Himalayan salt before bed. The recipe is supposed to stabilize your blood sugar levels so your less likely to wake at night.
4) Rub Your Belly
Starting at the navel, rub your belly in bigger and bigger circles clockwise and then smaller and smaller counter clockwise circles.
5) ASMR Videos
ASMR stands for “astronomous sensory median response,” and it refers to that tingling sensation that you feel on the back of your head or neck. You can also train yourself to get acquainted to a ritual you employ specifically before going to bed, so after a few weeks of doing the same activity over and over, you acquire an instant Pavlovian response to get sleepy after, say, listening to Beethoven or rubbing your nose.
